Retreat Info & Packing List
“We anticipate that those who take sabbatical return to their work with renewed energy, spiritual vision, and effectiveness,” as shared by Ruth Haley Barton from The Transforming Center
While this retreat is not entirely a sabbatical, next weekend’s Living Streams Retreat is a unique and intentional space for you to find rest, renewal and an opportunity to seek fresh vision for our work as educators. The LSR Planning Team, in partnership with Nancy Kelly, have prayed for you and are expectant that God has very special plans for our time together. We are so eager to watch it unfold!
Here are some details you’ll want to know to prepare for the weekend. As always, if you have any questions, please reach out to Chelsea Thurlow at chelseamthurlow@gmail.com.

Book Discussion
In preparation for the book discussion on Friday night, please consider these questions:
What similarities are there between homeschool moms and ministry leaders?
Sabbatical may feel far removed from a world enveloped by the constant and immediate needs of family life. How could you uniquely re-envision sabbatical for your own life for when the time is right?
